Verônica Polzer
Architect and environmental consultant, founder of Polzer Ambiental (2015), focusing on reducing waste generation and increasing its value based on the principles of the circular economy. She holds a master’s and doctorate in urban solid waste management, with part of her research conducted at Lund University (Sweden). She works as a professor and researcher in the areas of waste management and urban sustainability.
Eliane Ta Gein
An Environmental and Sanitation Engineer with extensive experience in environmental licensing, waste management, and technical audits, she has worked on environmental control and waste monitoring projects for medium- and large-scale projects, focusing on legal compliance and continuous improvement.
At Polzer Ambiental, she contributes to the development of PGRS (Protective Management Plans), waste audits, and environmental diagnostics, supporting clients in structuring processes and technical documentation, particularly regarding special and hazardous waste. She is driven by the goal of promoting efficient, integrated environmental management based on measurable results.
Bruno Gondim
Biologist and Environmental Management Specialist with extensive experience in environmental education, audits (ISO 14001 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14064), and coordination of operational teams in sustainability projects. Actively involved in the implementation of selective waste collection systems, team training, and monitoring of environmental performance indicators in corporate buildings and condominiums.
Lucas Magalhães
Undergraduate in Chemical Engineering, with experience in quality management and laboratory analysis, focusing on safety testing. Environmental analyst at Polzer, focused on training, field guidance, and reporting.
Luana Cardoso
Biologist with a Master’s degree in Entomology from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV). She has experience in land reclamation and wildlife management projects, acquired during an exchange program in Australia. She works in solid waste management, focusing on diagnostics, implementation of selective collection systems, composting, and environmental education for companies and corporate ventures.
Veronica Rampin
Environmental Manager with experience in operations and practical waste management in corporate enterprises. She works in the field implementing and monitoring selective collection systems, training operational teams, and conducting waste audits. She has a collaborative approach and is driven by the purpose of contributing to the transition of companies toward zero landfill and effective sustainability.
Sílvia Cabral
An agricultural engineer with over 30 years of experience in agronomic and environmental expertise and assessments, she is a judicial expert in the São Paulo State and Federal Courts of Justice (TRF3 and TRF6), and also advises law firms in the areas of agribusiness, environmental, real estate, and tax law. A university professor for over 20 years, she has extensive experience in technical expertise and geoprocessing. She served as a technical assistant to the São Paulo State Public Prosecutor’s Office and the São Paulo State Public Treasury.
